We founded Physio & More because we share a passionate belief in the importance of health and wellbeing and a commitment to providing exceptional standards of service for clients. For that reason we will both be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the clinic.

Ben Wilde MSc MCSP - Director of Clinical Services
I started my career in a unique setting providing physiotherapy as a civilian contractor to the Royal Marines and Special Boat Service. My exile to the coast continued when I joined the medical team at Southampton football club until 2007 when I decided to return to London to complete a Master’s in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy and gained the Student of the Year award along the way.
My focus is getting results whether I'm treating your injury, studying or training in the gym and I'm not a man who settles for second best; it’s a concept I don't understand. I've held a range of posts including Head of Sports Medicine working in rugby and Physiotherapy Manager of a private practice and I work extensively with the Great Britain Rowing Team.
My special areas of interest are spinal conditions, sports injuries, pain management and late stage and post operative rehabilitation. I'm usually found with a smile and good natured comment. If you are being treated by me, you can be sure of my complete attention and absolute dedication to your recovery.
Peter Donkin MA MBA - Director of Business and Finance
I'm widely experienced in healthcare and business management. During my career I made a smooth transition from clinical team lead to director, leading both management and clinical teams. I'm dedicated and driven to achieve high standards and I believe fully in the provision of outstanding personally focused healthcare and am committed to delivering it.
My main role within the company is business management and development, finances and costs. I welcome suggestions about improvement of the service offered by Physio & More, believing you can make a good thing excellent. As a keen cyclist I understand the challenge and enjoyment an active life style can bring and how frustrating it can be when this is hindered by a “broken body”. I've had first hand experience of the patience and drive required to rehabilitate from serious injury and how critical it is to access high levels of professional skill and dedication in order to achieve it.
That same drive is now focused to ensure that the service you receive from Physio & More will be excellent.
