I’m a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist providing expert treatment for Pelvic floor muscle conditions such as incontinence, urgency, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction. I also have extensive experience in managing Obstetric musculoskeletal conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, low back pain and abdominal diastasis.
I am trained in clinical Pilates and enjoy teaching antenatal and postnatal mat work Pilates.
I graduated from King’s College London with a first-class degree in Physiotherapy and since qualifying have worked at some of London’s leading teaching hospitals starting my career at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and then specialising in Women’s Health Physiotherapy at University College London Hospital NHS Trust. I also work at the prestigious Portland Hospital for Women and Children providing bladder screening and postnatal advice.
As an active member of Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) I aim to provide current and evidenced based care and enjoy treating women throughout the various life stages from pre pregnancy to menopause and beyond. As a keen runner myself I am passionate about working alongside you to develop an individualised rehabilitation programme which aims to fulfil your goals and get you back to doing the things you love.
