Jasmine has been practicing yoga for 11 years and is qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga. Jasmine trained as a yoga teacher with Triyoga, a leading training provider, over a two-year period with 350 hours worth of teacher training experience has over 500 hours of teaching experience.
Jasmine is passionate about helping other become more active and confident. Jasmine specialises in an alignment-focussed Hatha yoga style giving yoga students options to work with their own unique body. Jasmine offers adjustments and variations to help make poses accessible to all physiques and makes the yoga poses suitable to all levels. Jasmine also works with those with disabilities and modifies the yoga postures to give everyone a place to use yoga as a tool to help develop strength and flexibility; offering hand-on assistance in a calm and safe environment.
