|I started life as a physiotherapist working as a civilian contractor for the Royal Marines 1st Assault and Special Boat Service. From there I moved into professional football at Southampton Football Club before relocating to London to take up the role of 1st Team physiotherapist at Ealing Trailfinders.
I completed my Masters in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy specialising in Sports and Performance and have since then have held positions ranging from head of sports medicine to clinical director of services in private practice.
I have been fortunate enough to have and still work with elite sports women and men including both junior and senior squads of the Great Britain Rowing Team, a sport very close to my heart.
My love of physiotherapy is not confined to athletes. My areas of speciality include tendon conditions, spinal complaints, pain management and post-operative rehabilitation. I have a specialist interest in knee ligament reconstruction and injury prevention in this area. I am a published author and visiting lecturer/examiner at several London based university physiotherapy programs. In my spare time I enjoy running around rugby pitches representing the RFU as one of their national panel.
As Clinical Director at Physio & More I am delighted to take the lead in developing an individualised approach for you, our client. The team we have in place are experts in our area of healthcare and will provide you with the highest possible level of care and rehabilitation.
I look forward to welcoming you to the clinic.
