Senior Physiotherapist

I graduated with a Sports Rehabilitation degree from St. Mary’s University in 2020, followed by a Master’s in Physiotherapy from St George’s, University of London.

I have worked at Richmond Rugby Club as part of the medical team, as well as Crystal Place Football Club and work in neurorehabilitation. I have worked with a diverse range of individuals, from elite athletes and highly active individuals to those seeking to return to their daily activities.

Having experienced the impact of injury on sporting performance firsthand, I prioritise fun and engaging rehabilitation programs to facilitate a swift return to meaningful activity for my patients.

I am passionate about strength and conditioning, recognising its crucial role in injury recovery and achieving optimal functional outcomes, whether it’s returning to daily living or high-level sport.

Will Bolus

Senior Physiotherapist

A physiotherapist with extensive experience treating a diverse range of patients, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals living with chronic pain. My passion lies in helping individuals regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

Following university, I gained valuable experience as a physiotherapist for the London Irish RFC and Harlequins RFC academies, treating a wide range of sports injuries and implementing evidence-based rehabilitation programs. I have a strong understanding of sports-related injuries and the importance of personalised treatment plans.

My experience extends into private musculoskeletal practice and treatment of patients recovering from surgery, and chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia.

My background in psychology allows me to understand the psychosocial aspects of pain and recovery, enabling me to develop effective pain management strategies.

I prioritise a collaborative approach, ensuring each client feels heard and empowered in their recovery journey. I work closely with clients to set realistic goals and develop strategies for incorporating treatment into their daily lives.

Carly Christensen

Consultant Physiotherapist

With over 15 years of experience as a physiotherapist, I began working at a large teaching hospital in Melbourne, Australia in the early part of my career before returning to London specialising in neuromuscular rehabilitation in private hospitals and the community sector over the last 10 years. I completed my undergraduate degrees in Physiotherapy and Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention.

My sporting background includes Team England Physiotherapist for the Men’s Roller Derby World Cup, previously holding a voluntary role with British Para-Athletics as a medical classifier and more recent experience with an elite football team and FIA world endurance championship racing team.

I am currently undertaking my masters degree in Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy and strength and conditioning coaching accreditation. I will be supporting the Women’s Team England Roller Derby team for the 2025 World Cup in Innsbruck, Austria.

My rehab philosophy combines manual therapy, technology and a solid rehabilitation program as the key to successful recovery and return to sport or activity. I look forward to supporting you on your rehabilitation journey.

I graduated in 2006 from Brunel University. From there I completed a wide variety of rotations within London hospitals where I learned an incredible amount. Since then, I have worked extensively in Private Practice throughout Southwest London.

I have been fortunate enough to have and still work with women and men from all walks of life, and developed my expertise in assessing and treating a wide variety of clients and injuries; from those who simply work hard, the ultimate sport enthusiasts, and also elite athletes.

Over the many (gulp!) years of clinic work, my expertise is wide and varied, with focus on shoulder injuries, tendon injuries, post operative management of both the upper and lower limbs, and spinal complaints.

I work closely with a number of consultants in London, and I use my knowledge of biomechanics and exercise science to help many runners and cyclists to keep them on the road where they belong.

Dual-fellowship trained diagnostic musculoskeletal and paediatric radiologist with technical expertise in a wide range of interventional procedures, most recently undertaking a fellowship at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Birmingham, UK.

I completed my BSc in Physiotherapy at Trinity College Dublin, after which I worked across a range of clinical rotations in both Belfast and London. This lead me to specialising as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist within the NHS in West London.

I’ve been lucky enough to have worked with several sports teams including the QPR Academy, as well as in junior and senior rugby in Ireland. This has exposed me to a wide spectrum of injuries and what is required to not only reduce one’s pain but what it takes to get them back to the rigorous demands of their sport. I take great pride in helping clients get back to the activities they love — whether they’re elite athletes or weekend hobbyists.

In 2024, I left London to travel around South-east Asia and Australia. During this time I worked in a busy private clinic in Sydney, treating a diverse caseload. Outside of the specialties of MSK and orthopaedics I have also gained valuable experience in occupational health, where I further developed my skills in ergonomic assessment.

Outside of the clinic I enjoy staying active by playing Gaelic football and running (slowly) around Richmond Park.

Anna is a highly skilled physiotherapist with over 9 years of experience across the NHS and private sector. Her broad rehabilitation background spans musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative care, amputee rehabilitation and intensive care recovery after critical illness.

Her work at one of London’s major teaching hospitals included a senior clinical role and lecturing position on the King’s College London Physiotherapy Programme. This, alongside her experience in multidisciplinary teams, has shaped Anna’s holistic and comprehensive approach to assessment and treatment.

Anna’s role in amputee rehabilitation involved guiding individuals through the journey of walking, running and returning to sport with prosthetic limbs—demanding expert clinical reasoning, problem-solving and advanced gait retraining skills.

A former high-level footballer herself, Anna understands the physical and emotional demands of sport, and the importance of restoring function and confidence in all clients—from elite and recreational athletes to those managing long-term conditions.

Anna holds a BSc (Hons) from Durham University and an MSc in Physiotherapy from Brighton University. She is also qualified in Sports Massage, Acupuncture, and is an APPI-certified Pilates instructor. Her thoughtful, movement-focused rehabilitation style helps clients build strength, confidence and long-term resilience.

Graduating from Brunel University London with a first-class degree in physiotherapy, Harry gained diverse experience treating patients of all ages and abilities across a range of conditions. His clinical expertise includes neurorehabilitation in schools, supporting children with motor and learning disabilities, as well as extensive work in post-operative rehabilitation for knee and hip replacements where he holds a deep understanding of surgical recovery pathways.

Currently pursuing a PhD in muscle health and exercise physiology at UCL, Harry focuses on muscle changes associated with ageing, surgical intervention, and inactivity. His research underpins their commitment to evidence-based practice and ensures he remains at the forefront of advancements in physiotherapy care.

With a lifelong background in rugby, Harry has firsthand insight into the physical and psychological challenges of injuries in both sports and daily life. They are dedicated to guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve recovery and regain independence.

I graduated from St Mary’s University in 2024 with First Class Honours in BSc Physiotherapy. Throughout my academic journey, I have studied human anatomy, biomechanics, and physiology, forming the basis for my clinical understanding. Having workplace experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, my enjoyment of physiotherapy has grown, and I have become competent with the fundamental skills, such as knowledge of conditions, manual handling, and the experience required to be successful within my physiotherapy career.

In addition to my role at Physio and More, I am part of the medical team at Chobham Rugby Club. This position involves diagnosing and treating a range of sports-related injuries, as well as developing tailored rehabilitation plans to help players return to peak performance.

As a rugby player myself, I have first-hand insight into the physical and emotional challenges that injuries may present. I therefore understand the vital role that a well-structured rehabilitation plan plays in recovery. While my strengths lie in managing sports injuries, I am clinically trained and competent in treating a wide variety of conditions, always with the aim of reducing pain, improving mobility, and enhancing each individual’s quality of life.

Since 2021, I have worked as a professional massage therapist, specialising in 16 techniques, including Level 5 Sports Massage, Vodder Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, and Abdominal Therapy. Over the years, I have supported athletes at major sporting events and international tournaments, working alongside some of the world’s leading professional tennis players. I have also served as a supervisor at the London Marathon and other major sporting events.

Alongside my clinical work, I am a Level 3 and Level 4 Sports Massage teacher and assessor, a Personal Training assessor, an international judge, and a trainer for massage competitions. I am proud to have been a finalist at the WMF World Massage Championship and to have treated a wide range of clients, including high-profile individuals from the arts and entertainment industry.

I hold a Foundation Degree in Biology and am currently studying Physiotherapy at university, allowing me to combine hands-on therapy with strong scientific and clinical knowledge.

I specialise in Sports and Deep Tissue Massage and have over seven years’ experience helping clients recover from injury, improve performance, and enhance their overall health and wellbeing. My approach is holistic and client-centred, focusing not only on physical recovery but also on mental wellbeing.

I am deeply passionate about helping people feel and move better, and I take great pride in seeing the positive, lasting impact massage therapy can have on everyday life. I particularly enjoy providing pre- and post-event massage at sporting events, including the London Marathon and local half and full marathons.

My professional motto is mens sana in corpore sano — a healthy mind in a healthy body — and my recurring advice to clients is simple: please stretch as much as possible.

Outside of my professional life, one of my personal goals is to complete the Camino de Santiago.

I began my professional career in the Royal Air Force, where I served for 15 years before relocating to Kingston upon Thames. At that time, I was unsure of my next career step and exploring new opportunities outside military life.

I joined Kingston Chiropractic and Wellness Centre as a Clinic Assistant, where I was introduced to chiropractic care for the first time. While working on reception, I witnessed first-hand the remarkable improvements patients experienced — returning to sports, enjoying time with their families, and regaining confidence in their bodies. This inspired me to pursue a career in chiropractic.

Having personally benefited from chiropractic care as a long-term cluster headache sufferer, I was reminded of its powerful impact and decided to begin formal training. I enrolled on the chiropractic degree programme and quickly found my true professional calling.

I am deeply passionate about helping people function at their best and take great pride in supporting both my patients and my team in achieving lasting results.

I specialise in Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, in which I have been treating patients for over 7 years. Following my degree in Sports Psychology, I went on to study my Level 3 in Sports Massage Therapy with Sports Therapy UK, followed by my Level 4 at St Mary’s University in Twickenham. I have treated a variety of patients during my career, not just individuals with sports injuries, but also those who want to improve their overall health and wellness.

I am passionate about helping people and love seeing the positive effects massage can achieve – not just the physical changes, but also the positive impact on mental health and well-being.

I also enjoy performing pre and post event massage at sporting events, having previously worked at the London Marathon and local half and full marathons.

Experienced extended scope MSK practitioner. Completed my PgCert in diagnostic MSK ultrasound at Brunel University in 2024, and have since been working in a community NHS MSK service in North West London, doing diagnostic and interventional ultrasound clinics, which includes ultrasound guided steroid injections, and hydrodistentions. Have worked extensively in community Orthopaedics and Rheumatology in the NHS. Specialist interest in the shoulder, and enjoy powerlifting and climbing in my free time.

With a strong background in management and a real passion for health and wellbeing, I oversee the day-to-day running of Physio and More, making sure everything behind the scenes flows smoothly so our team can focus on delivering exceptional care. I love being part of a team that genuinely cares and helping create a space where every patient feels welcomed, listened to and supported from the moment they get in touch

I am and part-time Head of Marketing and part-time receptionist at Physio and More, where I have had the pleasure of working for nearly 8 years, delivering exceptional service and fostering positive patient experiences. Holding a Master’s in Law, I leverage my analytical skills and attention to detail in both my marketing and client-facing roles. I am deeply committed to supporting patients throughout their health journeys, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience from their first visit to ongoing care. Outside of work, I am an avid cook and enjoy traveling, pursuits that further fuel my creativity and broaden my perspective.

Seeing our clients starting and continuing their Physiotherapy treatments and watching their progress is so rewarding. We really care about people and we pride ourselves in being attentive, thoughtful, understanding and considerate.
Outside of work I enjoy walking, reading, wordsearch, knitting and holidaying in Spain.

My motto has always been ‘Nothing is too much trouble’

I have been working at Physio & More for more than 3 years now and am so pleased to work with a great team of people. It is so satisfying to see our clients leave with hope and a spring in their step. I have worked in administration for many years and enjoy the fact that I am interacting with people from all walks of life. In my spare time, I am an avid reader and crossword buff and especially love spending time with my 2 grandchildren. I look forward to welcoming you here at the clinic.
